The idea of creating a link between companies and talent came from a bottle of wine. Olivier Rodney, co-founder of ROIPAL, wanted to share with the world his passion for a French liquor but realized that his plan lacked an essential component: finding the right people to put together his team, a process that is usually slow and expensive and discourages the vast majority of entrepreneurs. Without a sales force, marketing advisors, finance experts, and digital experts, the launch of this idea would not have been realistic. Looking for answers to solve the problem, he thought about the possibility of finding the right team quickly and efficiently through an application, which did not exist. This is where Olivier detected a breach in the market: the way to connect business ideas with independent talent, with the required immediacy at the click of a button. The rest, as they say, is history or the beginning of one.
